Tuesday Morning Track meets up at Brookside Middle School Track, 6:30 am START.
I don’t care too much for the paved track, but, here it goes:
4x 400m @ 5k pace; jog diagonally to the 200m start for your recovery. (keeping you on grass). It’s only 150m? recovery.
8x 200m @ faster than 5k pace; jog diagonally back to the start.
4 x 400m @ 5k pace same as above.
Bruce can change this up as he sees fit. đŸ™‚
I like the shorter distances, especially up here in NC, I’m dying cuz of the hills and whatever.
We’ll go longer repeats at Payne next week.
