4x 400 @ Threshold pace. (take your 5k pace/mile and add 20-30 sec.).  100m recovery jog.

4 x 400 @ 5k pace; 200m recovery jog.

4 x 400 @ faster than 5k pace (if feel up to it). 300 or 400m recovery.
