We’re at Payne Park the next TWO TUESDAYS. 5:30 warm up, 6pm (or a few min. before) start time.
The park has some pretty good lighting, but it can be spotty in some areas. You may want to wear a headlamp or carry a small flashlight.

Workout:

I’d like you to get into groups if you can. Similar paces. 

6 x 800m  @ 5k pace; 2:00m recovery; I’m adding a little twist to the workout. I’ll explain when I see you all.  🙂    Don’t worry, it’ll be FUN.
