Booker High track is a soft surface track. I get there by driving north on Orange Ave., it brings you to the school. Pull into the parking lot on the left. Bathrooms should be open.

 

Warm up.

2x (5 x 300m @ Interval pace, 300m recovery; 200m interval, 200m recovery)
3-5 min. jog inbetween sets.
Basically you’re running 10x 500m fast.
Interval pace is pretty fast. It’s faster than your 5k pace.
