Registration for the 35th Annual Bill’s Beer Run (BBR) a 5 mile run on Casey Key  on October 29  will open on June 1st at 7am.  This year’s theme is “Hollywood”

BBR is the Manasota Track Clubs only fundraising event of the year.  Your support allows MTC to support student running organizations including providing  seven high school seniors with college scholarships in 2023.   MTC contributed to running clubs at Fruitville Elementary, McIntosh Middle, Wilkinson Elementary and Girls on the Run programs during the last year.   Through sanctioned races, MTC supports  Andrew Monroe Scholarships, Mote Marine Turtle Research, Young Life, Ruck 9 , Operation Second Chance, The Haven and Sarasota County Summer Kids Beach Runs.

The BBR registration fee is $50 until June 15.  There is also a VIP registration,     $100, that includes your BBR registration, preferred parking, a special pass for the beer line and extra raffle tickets.

You must be a Manasota Track Club member to register for BBR.  If there are  open spots available, we will open to non-members on September 1st .     If you have friends and family who are not members, let them know if they join the club they can take advantage of the member registration fee and ensure their spot at  the race.

The Pub Runs are back this year.. The pub runs are three fun runs at local establishments on the first three Thursdays in October at 6pm.  Locations are TBD.   The Pub run registration is separate from the BBR race  and is only open to 125 members.  The Pub Run registration is $50.  Last years pub run series sold out in 3 days so sign up early.  This year, the pub run shirts will be pink as we support those who have breast cancer and breast cancer survivors.
